Community Info

Sun City is a 5,000 acre active adult community which opened in 1995. For those 55 years of age or better Sun City offers so many activities all within this quiet gated community. Amenities include a community recreation capmus where its residents can enjoy a social center, arts and crafts facility, billiards room, computer rooms and more. There is also a fitness center, bocce courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, and a recreational park. Sun City is divided into two neighborhoods. Both Sun City and Riverbend offer 14 different styles of homes. Riverbend is located on Hwy 170 and allows for larger homes and more distinct landscaping.
